We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photos or other documentation of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances for change of mind.


3. Shipping & Delivery Issues


While we carefully package every order, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided for all orders. If your item is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at cozy.knight@outlook.com so we can assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


4. Incorrect Orders


Please double-check your order details before purchasing. If an incorrect product is sent due to an internal error on our part, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the incorrect item. We will issue a replacement for the correct item.


5. Exchanges


We do not offer exchanges. If you are interested in purchasing a different item, you will need to place a new order.
